Support platform integrations with Salesforce, Workday, BST, and other enterprise systems. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience. Support other commercial function to design and develop MS PowerApps. Maintain technical documentation, release notes, and development standards.
Establish and execute data validation processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Monitor data quality and proactively resolve data integrity issues. Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security requirements.
Manage platform support activities through Service Engine and other support channels. Troubleshoot platform, data, workflow, and integration-related issues. Coordinate issue resolution across business, IT, and external support teams. Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content. Deliver user training and support adoption initiatives across global teams.
