  • Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
  • Work in shifts where required, depending on the role.
  • As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.
Why this role matters?

As a Finance Reporting Manager, you will support ERM's global delivery by providing accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical insights that enable informed business decision-making.

You will work within the Finance & Operations Support team, partnering with global finance leaders, regional business units, and the Global Delivery Centre to ensure consistent financial reporting, effective cost management, and strong financial controls.

This role is critical to enhancing financial visibility, supporting business performance, maintaining compliance, and driving operational efficiency across ERM's global network.

What your impact is?
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and provide clear visibility into financial risks and opportunities across business units.
  • Drive effective Global Capability Centre (GCC) recharge processes, ensuring transparency and consistency across regions.
  • Strengthen financial controls, reporting governance, and data integrity across finance operations.
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and act as a trusted finance business partner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiencies that enhance reporting quality and reduce manual effort.
What will you bring?
  • CA, ICWA/CMA, or MBA (Finance) qualification with 6+ years of relevant finance experience in a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end close, management reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships across multiple regions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, skills & competencies
  • Experience in a Global Capability Centre (GCC), shared services, or multinational corporate environment.
  • Exposure to intercompany accounting, recharge mechanisms, and cross-border financial operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar finance platforms.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Experience driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Project management experience and exposure to finance transformation programs.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, management reports, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packs and financial commentary for management and business leaders.
  • Manage GCC recharge processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reconciliation across legal entities and cost centres.
  • Partner with regional finance teams to validate recharge calculations and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes by providing financial insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather financial data, address reporting requirements and support business reviews.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes, calendars, documentation and control frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and enhancement of reporting efficiencies.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner, providing data-driven recommendations to support business performance and decision-making.
