• Own pricing performance management framework and governance process.
• Establish, monitor, and drive achievement of pricing KPIs related to revenue, margin, price realization, and profitability.
• Lead regular business reviews with commercial and pricing leaders to assess performance against targets.
• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with accountable stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and barriers impacting pricing performance and ensure timely resolution.
