Job summary

JLL Bengaluru seeks a Pricing Analyst to develop and support pricing strategy for major bids in India and West Asia. You will build price models, guide internal teams, and manage P&L and risk modelling, ensuring our offers meet client and executive expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5+ years in facility management or corporate real estate, with strong analytical and Excel skills. This is an on-site position in Bengaluru, with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Hold Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business area.
• Demonstrate pricing and commercial modelling experience preferred, ideally in facilities/real estate.
• 2–5+ years in Facility Management/Corporate Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support pricing strategy and approach for bids across India and West Asia.
• Build price models and responses for customer proposals.
• Guide internal teams on models, inputs, and pricing decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure pricing meets client and executive needs.
• Manage P&L, cash flow, and risk modelling; participate in deal reviews.
• Occasionally negotiate with clients and support broader pricing and commercials.

What this job involves:

Commercial, Pricing & Modelling

• Develop and support the pricing strategy and approach for single or major multi-x bids within India and West Asia and support wider Asia Pacific opportunities

• Build price models and responses for our Customer proposals

• Working across the business & providing guidance and challenge to internal teams on our models and pricing / cost inputs

• Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and executives those of the client

• Manage P&L, cash flow, risk modelling

• Participate in CRB deal reviews, lead/support presentations on the Commercial Model and P&Ls for major deal as required

• May also require Client facing deal negotiation & agility to cover other aspects versus just pricing and commercials

• Introduce consistent processes, tools and forms as per India and Asia Pacific guidelines

• Input proactively into improvement and development of Pricing, Commercial Modelling & pricing tools

• Ability to think innovatively to share ideas and drive continuous improvements

• Deployment & adoption of new processes and tools within West Asia as appropriate

• Managing due diligence and baselining activities where required
