Job summary

Hiring Squad in Mumbai seeks a detail-oriented team member to produce PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel templates for a global client. You will create high-quality templates from scratch and format slides based on handwritten, scanned or PDF documents.

The role requires strong English communication, good time management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a rotating shift environment (including weekends).

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (except law) with certifications in presentation, graphics and production areas
• 0-3 years of relevant experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
• Typing speed 30 wpm or more preferred
• Shift Timings: comfortable working in 24x7 environment
• Should be comfortable with monthly rotating shifts IST 7 AM to 4 PM / 1 PM to 10 PM / 7PM to 4AM / 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team producing PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel templates for our global client
• Create high quality presentation templates from scratch
• Create slides from handwritten/scribbled, scanned and PDF documents, applying creativity
• Format raw presentations per client templates and independently deliver projects end to end
• Maintain a self-quality control checklist and produce error free output
• Knowledge of CorelDraw or InDesign would be desirable but not essential

To produce quality documents efficiently and effectively as a team member working within the client operations

Role & responsibilities

• Be a part of the team working on producing PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel templates for our global client.
• Work on creating high quality presentation templates from scratch
• Create slides based on handwritten/scribbled, scanned and PDF documents, applying creativity and imagination
• Format raw presentations as per standard client templates Independently deliver projects end to end, with least or no handholding by the supervisors
• Maintain a self-quality control checklist of work done and produce error free output
• Knowledge of additional areas such as CorelDraw, InDesign would be desirable but not a must.
