Job summary

Firstcry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare is seeking an experienced Center Head to lead operations, admissions, parent engagement, staff management, and academic excellence at our Pune center.

You will oversee daily activities, drive enrollments, mentor staff, ensure child safety and learning quality, and maintain strong parent relationships while planning events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or related field.
• Experience in preschool/daycare center management or equivalent.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in preschool, daycare, education, or center management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Experience in admissions counseling and customer relationship management.
• Ability to manage operations, academics, and business targets simultaneously.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
