Job summary

Formonic tech in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced precast detailer with 5–8 years in the industry to join our detailing team. You will model and detail shop drawings and erection drawings, ensuring adherence to international standards.

You will lead a small team of 3–4 members, coordinate with project teams, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (2D/3D) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the precast industry.
• Proficient in modeling and detailing shop drawings and erection drawings.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (2D & 3D).
• Familiar with US/Australian industry standards.
• Ability to lead a team of 3–4 members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read construction specifications and drawings.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

• 5. Must be able to handle a team of 3 to 4 members.
• 6. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 7. Must have good communication skills – Both Verbal and Written.
• 8. Must be able to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings.
• 9. Multi-tasking skills are preferred.
• 10. Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools is preferred.
