  • Support preparation of scope, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and service acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with pricing, effort estimation, resource assumptions, and commercial inputs in partnership with sales and delivery teams.
  • Review customer requirements and identify risks, gaps, exclusions, or areas requiring clarification.
  • Ensure that proposals and RFP responses are accurate, consistent, professionally written, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain opportunity documentation, proposal trackers, content repositories, and internal approval records.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation scripts, discovery questionnaires, and post-meeting follow-up communication.
  • Track action items and coordinate timely closure with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain reusable content related to cybersecurity services, compliance offerings, customer use cases, methodologies, and frequently asked questions.
  • Support sales enablement activities, customer workshops, webinars, industry events, and internal training sessions.
  • Capture customer feedback and communicate recurring requirements, objections, and market observations to the relevant teams.
  • Work closely with US-based sales colleagues during Eastern Time Zone working hours.
