Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore seeks an experienced Pre-Sales Expert to drive ERM, GRC and TPRM opportunities. You will partner with Sales and Product teams to tailor GRC solutions, articulate business value, and engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Procurement, and IT functions.

The role requires deep domain expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate risk concepts into practical demonstrations and win strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement and tailoring demonstrations.
• Strong knowledge of GRC and TPRM frameworks.
• Exposure to MetricStream, Archer, and other TPRM solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise risk management principles and regulatory frameworks including DORA and Basel IV.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Solution Consulting & Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to design and present tailored GRC solutions focused on ERM, Operational Resilience, and TPRM.
• Risk Assessment & Value Articulation: Evaluate client risk environments to identify gaps and translate capabilities into business outcomes.
• Stakeholder & TPRM Platform Engagement: Build relationships with senior stakeholders and demonstrate TPRM capabilities.
• Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence: Develop ERM-focused collateral and stay abreast of trends and regulatory developments.
