Job summary

Greenline Mobility Solutions is seeking a legal contracts professional to manage our end-to-end agreement lifecycle. You will draft, review and execute NDAs, contracts, amendments, and MOUs for customer engagements and vendor offerings.

Responsibilities include onboarding documentation, tracking start dates and renewals, coordinating with Finance, Logistics, Pricing and Operations, and ensuring proper stamping and filing of documents.

Qualifications

• LLB degree mandatory.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of contracts, agreements, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle NDAs, contracts, amendments, and addendums.
• Draft and manage MOUs with customers for short-term deals.
• Manage onboarding documentation for customers and vendors.
• Track start dates, expiry, renewals, amendments and addendums.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Pricing and Operations for contract needs.
• Ensure timely execution, filing, and maintenance of documents.
• Manage bank guarantees, indemnity bonds, green certificates, insurance and liability claims.
• Identify and manage risks related to termination, liabilities, and obligations.
• Coordinate tender document collection and internal reviews.
• Ensure proper stamping and execution of agreements.
• Provide updates and respond to stakeholder queries.
• Handover executed contracts to operations with customer requirements understanding.

• Manage end-to-end customer and vendor onboarding documentation and verification.
• Track contract start dates, expiry timelines, renewals, amendments, and addendums.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Pricing, and Operations teams for contract-related requirements and clauses.
• Ensure timely execution, dispatch, filing, and maintenance of contractual documents.
• Manage bank guarantees, indemnity bonds, green certificates, insurance and liability claims.
• Identify and manage risks related to contract termination, liabilities, and unresolved obligations.
• Coordinate tender document collection and work with internal teams for review and processing.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper execution of agreements on stamp papers.
• Provide clear updates and respond to stakeholder queries related to agreements and documentation.
• Ensure proper handover of executed contracts to the operations team with an understanding of customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
