Job summary

Zohorecruit in Pune District, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Early Childhood Education supervisor to lead ECCE curriculum planning, mentor pre-primary staff, and ensure development portfolios are maintained. The role emphasizes NEP 2020 alignment, play-based pedagogy, and effective parent communication.

The candidate will oversee lesson and activity plan delivery, conduct regular classroom observations, and conduct staff trainings and orientations for new teachers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Early Childhood Education is required.
• Diploma or certification in ECCE / NTT is required.
• B.Ed is preferred and advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Primary teaching is required.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum planning and implementation for ECCE.
• Classroom observation and mentoring of teachers.
• Maintain developmental records and portfolios.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Support new teachers with orientation and curriculum planning.
• Address parental concerns and ensure positive communication.
