Job summary

InfoWryt Solutions LLP in Navi Mumbai is seeking a committed Pre-Primary Teacher to foster a fun and enriching learning environment addressing cognitive, physical, personal, social and emotional development. You will plan engaging lessons and lead sessions that bring out curiosity in young learners.

You will maintain child records, coordinate with Curriculum, communicate with parents, and help create welcoming classrooms with age-appropriate displays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning sessions to children as per lesson plans and keep classes engaging.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and sessions.
• Implement approved lesson plans and maintain child engagement throughout the session.
• Maintain required reports and records for every child.
• Utilize resources efficiently and minimise wastage.
• Enhance classroom appeal with age-appropriate displays and activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about child progress.
• Observe and assess children on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan events, trips and celebrations.
• Ensure safety, health, hygiene and security of the child.
• Guide and provide feedback to assistant teachers and staff.
• Notify centre head of any areas of concern.

We are looking for Pre-Primary Teachers who can provide a fun and enriching learning environment which takes care of the cognitive, physical, personal, social and emotional developmental needs of the children placed under her care and also is a team player, acting as a role model for her team of teachers and staff by exemplifying the right values and code of conduct while planning and executing sessions, events, trips, interacting with parents and vendors or any other centre related activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering learning sessions to the children as per the lesson plan and ensuring that the class is fun and enriching for children by thinking out of the box while planning activities and sessions.
• Ensures that the lesson plans and activities are planned.
• Ensures that the lesson Plan (post approval from the Curriculum team) is implemented and keeps children constructively occupied throughout the learning session.
• Maintains required reports and records for every child.
• Ensures that resources are utilised effectively and works towards minimising wastage.
• Plays a key role in enhancing the appeal of the centre/class with age-appropriate displays, learning resources, and fun and enriching activities is well-versed in the school policies and ensures that the school policies are adhered to at all times.
• Ensures that regular and relevant communication is sent out to parents.
• Ensures that observations and assessments of children are carried out regularly.
• Ideates, plans, and executes events, trips, celebrations etc., along with colleagues, as per the Events Calendar.
• Ensures the safety, health, hygiene, and security of the child.
• Guides assistant teachers and support staff and gives them feedback as required.
• Notifies the centre head of any areas of concern.
• Interacts with parents to discuss the child's progress
