Role Description

This full-time, on-site Pre-Primary Educator role is based at The Shishukunj International School in Indore. The educator will design and deliver age-appropriate lessons that foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and social skills in young learners. Daily responsibilities include planning engaging classroom activities, managing the learning environment, observing and documenting student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves collaborating with colleagues and parents or guardians to support each child’s development, maintaining classroom discipline with care and empathy, and participating in school events, trainings, and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with demonstrated experience working with pre-primary or early childhood learners.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including the ability to design structured, age-appropriate learning activities and support skill development.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting effectively with children, families, and colleagues in a multicultural school environment.
• Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
