Job summary

Power Bridge in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior network security delivery lead to own end-to-end deployments across the practice. You will lead a team of L1/L2 engineers, remain hands-on in complex customer engagements, and drive design conversations from HLDs to LL designs.

You will mentor engineers, review solutions, and plan resources across concurrent projects, including on-site workshops and scalable automation for repeatable deployments. Strong firewall and NAC expertise is required.

Qualifications

  • 10–12 years hands-on networking and security implementation experience.
  • Proven experience leading a team of network engineers in a multi-customer delivery environment.
  • Strong hands-on with firewall platforms: Cisco, Fortigate, and Palo Alto.
  • Expertise in switching and Wi-Fi: HP Aruba and Cisco (Meraki, Catalyst, SF/SG).
  • NAC implementation experience with HP Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE.
  • Security solutions experience with Cisco Umbrella and multi-factor authentication.
  • Strong LLD design discipline and ability to drive design conversations with customers.
  • Resource planning across multiple concurrent customer projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of all network and security implementations across the practice.
  • Lead a team of L1 and L2 network engineers and grow the team as the practice scales.
  • Remain hands-on in complex customer engagements, leading advanced implementations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations.
  • Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 engineers by mentoring, reviewing solutions, and supporting them on challenging issues.
  • Design and review Low-Level Designs (LLDs) from solution-architect HLDs, typically within 5 working days of customer workshops.
  • Take handover from the presales / solution-architect team during internal and external project kickoffs.
  • Plan resources across multiple concurrent customer projects, sequencing work around customer readiness.
  • Drive on-site customer workshops, planning sessions, and design conversations as the senior point of contact.
  • Build automation — scripts, templated configurations, deployment playbooks — to scale repeatable deployments.
  • Conduct post-implementation customer reviews and obtain formal signoff on delivered scope.

Requirements
Must-Have
  • 10–12 years of hands-on networking and security implementation experience
  • Proven experience leading a team of network engineers in a multi-customer delivery environment (System Integrator, OEM, or Distributor background)
  • Strong hands-on with firewall platforms: Cisco, Fortigate, and Palo Alto
  • Expertise in switching and Wi-Fi: HP Aruba and Cisco (Meraki, Catalyst, SF/SG)
  • NAC implementation experience with HP Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE
  • Security solutions experience with Cisco Umbrella and multi-factor authentication

Good-to-Have
  • Experience with Wi-Fi active heat-map surveys and remediation
