Job summary

RocSearch Limited in India seeks a senior MA Research Advisory leader to manage and deliver high quality research for global clients. You will build client relationships, identify opportunities, and lead a team in Equity Research, Private Equity and Thematic Research.

Strong communication, leadership, and financial analysis skills are essential. The role requires 10–14 years in MA Research Advisory with at least 4 years in managing teams and delivering complex financial insights for diverse

Qualifications

• MBA from leading Indian B-Schools (preferably IIMs or other tier 1 institutes).
• 10-14 years of experience in MA Research Advisory with at least 4 years in managing teams, leading projects and handling Equity Research/ Private Equity/ Thematic Research / Corporate Finance clients
• Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to draw inferences from a set of numbers/ financials

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high quality research services to global clients. This includes understanding project specifications, overseeing deliverable preparation and extensive client engagement
• Develop and maintain relationship with global clients and leverage the relationship to win more business. Technical expertise would be preferred in the following areas: Opportunity Identification, Target and Buyer Identification, Commercial Due Diligence, Financial Operations Modelling, Company Valuation, Portfolio Value Creation, Thematic Research, Equity Research and Fixed Income, Credit Currency Research
• Contribute to firm-level responsibilities such as knowledge management, training, recruitment and selection, internal process development, expanding business capabilities and leading other organisation improvement initiatives
• Manage professional development, coaching and evaluation of the Investment Research team members
• Demonstrate thought leadership and represent the firm in appropriate industry forums
