Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in PR Account Management or PR Operations within an agency or corporate environment.
• Established relationships with media personnel, journalists and influencers across Pan India.
• Proven track record of getting stories published in top national/regional publications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Media Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a strong network of media contacts, including journalists, editors, and influencers, across Pan India. Leverage your connections to secure media coverage.
• PR Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create PR strategies that align with client goals and objectives, ensuring effective and impactful campaigns.
• National Media Outreach: Execute media outreach campaigns, pitching press releases, articles, and stories to national, regional, and local media outlets, ensuring broad media coverage.
• Content Creation & Distribution: Write and distribute high-quality press releases, articles, and media content that resonate with journalists and engage the target audience.
• Media Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze media coverage to assess the success of PR campaigns. Prepare regular reports for clients, showcasing the results and media impact.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies and successful PR campaign execution.

What We are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in PR Account Management or PR Operations within an agency or corporate environment, with hands-on experience in media outreach and campaign execution.
• Strong Media Network: Established relationships with key media personnel, journalists, and influencers across Pan India, with a strong ability to secure media placements.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to get stories published, secure coverage, and create buzz in top-tier national and regional publications.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively pitch stories, build relationships, and manage client expectations.
• Immediate Availability: We prefer candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
