Job summary

Accenture is seeking a PPSM Associate Manager in Intelligent Finance Operations (Budgeting and Forecasting) in Noida, India. You will align with Finance Operations to collect operational data, perform analysis, and drive end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, with governance over headcount and pricing for contracts.

You will lead financial modeling, monthly reports, and governance reviews, coordinating with stakeholders on revenue, payroll, and operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve moderately complex FP&A problems.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting Manage global headcount Governance, including hiring, releases, attrition tracking Lead pricing activities for new contracts Financial modeling and contract drafting Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations Facilitate monthly governance and leadership review calls Partner with stakeholders to review revenue, payroll, and operating costs A two-step process for determining and detailing an organization s long and short term financial goals.
