Job summary

Accenture is seeking a PPSM Associate Manager in Finance Operations to own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting, manage governance including headcount, and lead pricing for new contracts. You will work on financial modeling and prepare monthly reports, aligning with senior leadership in a global context.

The role requires 10 to 14 years of experience and a relevant MBA/Graduation, with exposure to FP&A, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Willingness to work in shift rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile PMO and budgeting forecasts.
• Experience analyzing financial data and reports.
• Knowledge of governance, headcount tracking and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Own end-to-end forecasting and budgeting Manage global headcount Governance, including hiring, releases, attrition tracking Lead pricing activities for new contracts Financial modeling and contract drafting Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations Facilitate monthly governance and leadership review calls Partner with stakeholders to review revenue, payroll, and operating costs A two-step process for determining and detailing an organization s long and short term financial goals.
