Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a senior professional to provide strategic guidance on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient portfolio design.

You will design PPM processes, define KPIs, and work with stakeholders to implement metrics-driven decision-making. This role requires 10–15 years IT Services experience and hands-on use of Enterprise PPM tools.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT Services & Consulting experience in PPM
• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering
• Strong understanding of PPM principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience configuring Enterprise PPM tools like Microsoft Project Server or similar

• Design and implement effective PPM processes, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in implementing/configuring Enterprise PPM tools like Microsoft Project Server or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Strong understanding of PPM principles, agile methodologies (Agile), scrum framework (Scrum), waterfall approach (Waterfall).
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
