Job summary

Jobitus is seeking a PPC Executive for our Manesar operation near Gurgaon. The role requires 3–4 years of experience in production planning within the Printing/Packaging sector. You will manage ERP/MRP workflows, coordinate with Prepress, Production, Quality, and Stores, and ensure timely job execution with accurate scheduling.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong MS Excel skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, BOM and production scheduling is essential.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Prepress, Production, Quality, and Stores for timely job execution.
• Ensure all production jobs are created and updated in the ERP system.
• Verify raw material availability before releasing jobs to production.
• Raise material requisitions for paper, board, ink, coatings, and consumables.
• Monitor work centre and machine loading for balanced scheduling.
• Track Plan vs. Actual production and report daily deviations.
• Support BOM accuracy and routing updates in ERP.
• Coordinate with Stores to optimize inventory and use slow-moving materials.
• Maintain PPC reports, production dashboards, and planning documentation.
• Follow IMS procedures, SOPs, and quality documentation.
