CNH Industrial is seeking a seasoned engineer to collaborate with the CPM Platform Design Team to plan and implement ECOs. The role focuses on feasibility, shop-floor changes, and minimizing obsolescence risk through structured impact assessments.
You will manage ECO/ECR processes, support PPAP sample submissions, and drive FTR activities while coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely trials and approvals. A strong production engineering background is essential.

Collaborate closely with the CPM Platform Design Team to plan and implement new Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Conduct detailed feasibility assessments to ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes on the shop floor. Analyze and minimize the risk of part obsolescence during ECO implementation through structured impact assessments.

B.Tech(Regular) in Mechanical/Automotive/Production
