Role Overview

As a PowerPoint Designer at PharmSight, you will be the visual backbone of our client deliverables. You will transform complex pharmaceutical data, research findings, and strategic narratives into polished, high‑impact presentations that inform and persuade senior stakeholders at global pharma companies. This is a hands‑on creative role requiring exceptional PowerPoint skills, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to work across multiple fast‑moving projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build high-impact, client-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex pharma analytics, market research, and strategy into clear, visually compelling narratives
• Create slide templates, master layouts, and design systems to ensure brand consistency across all client-facing decks
• Develop custom charts, graphs, tables, icons, and infographics within PowerPoint to visualise pharmaceutical data effectively
• Collaborate closely with strategy, analytics, and business development teams to understand project requirements and convert briefs into presentation-ready content
• Produce visual assets such as process diagrams, product launch roadmaps, competitive landscape maps, and KOL profiles
• Support the development of pitch decks, proposal documents, and internal communications
• Assist in maintaining and evolving PharmSight’s brand identity standards across all presentation materials
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple concurrent projects, managing your workload efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 0–2 years of professional design experience; agency or consulting industry experience is a plus
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint—this is the core tool for this role
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, typography, colour theory, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Ability to design data-heavy slides—translating charts, dashboards, and tables into clean, readable visuals
• Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience designing for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences companies
• Exposure to medical communication materials—e-detailing, visual aids, scientific slide kits
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva or Adobe InDesign for design beyond PowerPoint
• Basic motion graphics or animation within PowerPoint (morph transitions, animated data reveals)
• Experience working with product and analytics teams in fast‑paced consulting environments
