Job summary

Wissen Infotech Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Power Platform Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions. You will lead a development team, ensure governance, and drive advanced Power Platform implementations across Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, mentor peers, and apply Agile LM and ALM practices to deliver high-impact results while aligning with security and Azure integrations.

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Power Platform Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to architect, design, and deliver enterprise-grade low-code solutions. In this role, you will lead and manage development team, ensure technical governance, drive advanced implementations & innovation across the Power Platform ecosystem, and collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Skills Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design, evaluation, troubleshooting, and system architecture of complex Power Platform solutions.
• Core Development: Spearhead advanced development using Power Apps (Responsive Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Governance & Security: Provide robust technical governance, security oversight, and best-practice information architectures across Power Platform and Azure environments.
• Integrations & Cloud: Drive integrations between the Power Platform, Azure skillsets, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Online, Exchange, Active Directory, ADFS).
• Leadership & Collaboration: Engage proactively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, discuss emerging technology trends, and mentor peer groups.
• Delivery Excellence: Apply Agile methodologies and champion ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices across all project phases.
• Manage a Team of 8+ developers
• Support Project Manager, BA and team with estimates, prioritisation, requirements, solution etc.,

Mandatory Technical Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8–12 years of overall IT experience with significant enterprise delivery focus.

Power Platform Stack:

• Power Apps: Advanced Canvas Apps (Responsive design & component development) and Model-Driven Apps.
• Dataverse: Deep expertise in authorization, item/row-level permissions, plugin development, custom workflows, and business process workflows.
• Power Automate: Advanced cloud flows, complex error handling, and enterprise automation patterns.
• Security & Infrastructure: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Enterprise Security, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, and ADFS.
• Collaboration & Agile: Outstanding communication skills, client-facing experience, and strong command over Agile delivery and ALM.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Fabric: Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric for unified data analytics, data engineering, and seamless integration with Power Platform / Dataverse data estates.
• AI & Cognitive Services: Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI / AI Builder integrations, and application development on Azure.
• Advanced Capabilities: Implement Copilot Studio, virtual agents, plugins, custom workflows, and business process flows.
