Job summary

Horizon Industries International Limited is seeking a Lead Consultant to serve as the technical authority and enterprise architect for Power Platform solutions in Chennai. You will lead client engagements, define solution architecture, establish governance frameworks, and mentor project teams.

You will Architect end-to-end scalable enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and drive governance and security across environments.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in IT, with 5+ years on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven/Pages), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA), Dataverse, Custom Connectors, and PCF.
• Architecture: Enterprise Solution Architecture, Azure Integration Services, and DevOps/ALM for Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end scalable enterprise solutions using Power Platform.
• Lead client-facing workshops, define technical roadmaps, translate requirements into designs.
• Establish governance frameworks, COE starter kits, ALM processes, and security guardrails.
• Design integrations with Azure services, Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
• Code review, team mentoring, estimations, and leading technical delivery across projects.

As a Lead Consultant, you will serve as the technical authority and enterprise architect for Power Platform solutions. You will lead client engagements, define solution architecture, establish governance frameworks, and mentor project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Strategy: Architect end-to-end scalable enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Client Leadership: Direct client-facing discovery workshops, define technical roadmaps, and translate complex business requirements into solution designs.

Governance & Security: Establish Best Practices, COE (Center of Excellence) starter kits, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes, and security guardrails across environments.

Technical Integration: Design integrations connecting Power Platform with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL), Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs.

Team & Project Leadership: Code review, team mentoring, estimations, and leading technical delivery across multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 8–12+ years in IT, with 5+ years dedicated to Microsoft Power Platform.

Core Tech: Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven/Pages), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop/RPA), Dataverse, Custom Connectors, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).

Architecture: Proven track record in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Azure Integration Services, and DevOps/ALM for Power Platform.

Certifications (Preferred): PL-600 (Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
