Codincity Digital Technologies is seeking a Senior BI Engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will build scalable semantic models, optimize reports, and mentor junior BI developers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to translate requirements into robust analytics, implement RLS, ensure data accuracy, and document technical solutions.

Qualifications

4–6 years of enterprise BI design and development experience.
Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
Ability to mentor junior BI developers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards and reports.
Develop robust Power BI semantic models to support self-service analytics.
Write advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and calculated tables for complex business requirements.
Design optimized dimensional data models using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
Optimize report performance by improving DAX calculations, data models, and query execution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
Develop reusable datasets, shared semantic models, and reporting standards.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI performance and data-related issues.
Mentor junior BI developers and promote best practices across the team.
Work closely with Data Engineers and Solution Architects to design end-to-end analytics solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments.
