Forward Air, headquartered in Tennessee, USA, is expanding its GCC IT captive unit in India and seeks a hands-on Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric in Mysore.

You will model data, build ETL pipelines, and collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable dashboards and analytics that drive strategic decisions. Strong SQL, DAX, and Fabric experience required; 4+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Power BI Developer to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade business intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data modeling, data architecture, ETL/integration processes, and modern analytics platforms. They will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and leadership teams to deliver scalable,reliable, and insight-driven reporting solutions that support strategic business decisions.

This position requires a proactive professional who combines technical excellence with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Microsoft Power BI.
• Build and manage enterprise analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric components, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Power BI.
• Design and implement scalable data models using industry-standard dimensional and semantic modeling techniques.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple business systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms.

Required Qualifications
