Job summary

Exult Global Inc in Kerala, Ernakulam seeks a BI Developer to build Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. You will migrate Crystal Reports into Power BI, ensuring accuracy of logic and output while collaborating with stakeholders.

You will model data with Power Query and DAX, optimize performance, and mentor junior BI developers, enforcing BI governance. Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in BI development with strong Power BI expertise.
• Hands-on with Power BI Desktop & Service, advanced DAX, Power Query, datasets, and dashboards.
• Experience with Crystal Reports / legacy reporting tools, including migration or rewrite experience.
• Proficient with SQL for querying and transforming data.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, access controls, refresh schedules, and deployment workflows.
• Ensure data lineage between legacy Crystal Reports and Power BI datasets is validated and thoroughly tested.
