Key Responsibilities

Process Automation and Development

• Identify, assess, and implement opportunities to automate repetitive and manual business processes.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Excel Macros, scripting, coding, and relevant automation tools.
• Support RPA/Bot implementation initiatives and contribute to automation design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process simplification.

Reporting and Data Analytics
