Job summary

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Hands-on experience building agents in Copilot Studio.
  • Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow.
  • Clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
  • Focus on reusability, modular design, and standardisation for scalable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Develop PowerApps model and canvas Apps.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Troubleshoot client pain points and resolve issues.
  • Install and configure data gateways.
  • Develop Azure logic apps, functions, and Power BI components.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration and support for Microsoft 365.
  • Design end-to-end solutions to improve collaboration and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy and governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365, Office 365 and SharePoint.

Job Description

The purpose of the Power Platform Developer position is to deliver services and solutions for customers as part of the Power Platform Team using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio Agent, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics Flow, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
  • Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Installation and configuration of data gateways.
  • Development of Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.

  • Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:
