Power Apps Engineer

Hybrid

Location-Kharadi

UK Shift Timing (12:30 PM 9:30PM IST)

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade digital applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Mendix, ServiceNow capabilities.

This role will drive rapid application development, workflow automation, and platform innovation, enabling business transformation through scalable, secure, and compliant low-code solution.

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred.
• Licenses/ Certifications: Preferred Certifications in Power Platform and /Or Mendix.
• Experience with Appian / ServiceNow workflows, Service Catalog, ITSM modules, or enterprise workflow automation..
• Experience: 58 years of experience in application development (with strong focus on low-code platforms)
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and integration capabilities
  • Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Mendix (Studio Pro, Microflows, Domain Models, Integrations)
  • Hands on Experience to AI-driven Vibe Coding Development techniques
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms
• Strong understanding of Azure services (preferred).
• Platform & Architecture: Experience designing enterprise-scale low-code solutions.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, security, and governance
• Familiarity with SOX / compliance-driven workflows (preferred).
• Development Practices: Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Leadership mindset with mentoring capabilities.
