• Set and adjust parameters: filling quantity, sealing temperature, speed, pouch length.
• Monitor pouch weight, sealing quality, leakage, appearance and overall packing quality.
• Carry out routine cleaning, inspection and basic maintenance of the machine.
• Identify machine abnormalities and report breakdowns to the Supervisor/Maintenance Department.
• Minimize product wastage and packing-material losses.
• Follow safety, hygiene, GMP and company procedures.
