Job summary

Uflex Ltd. is seeking a Packaging- Asstt. Operator - Pouching at their Jammu facility to produce materials per plan, operate pouching machines, and ensure quality control throughout shifts. The role requires Matric/ITI with at least 3 years of pouching experience.

The position is on site in Jammu and involves machine setup, changeovers, and maintaining equipment health to minimize wastage and downtime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate pouching machinery according to production plan.
• Perform machine setup/changeover and monitor process parameters.
• Conduct continuous quality checks and adjust processes to minimize wastage.
• Maintain equipment health and report malfunctions promptly.
