Job summary

Joyalukkas is seeking a D365 Commerce Technical professional to design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions. You will work on CRT, Retail Server, Hardware Station, and POS extensions, and integrate ERP and third-party systems with APIs and Azure services.

The role involves collaborating with functional consultants to gather requirements, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in security and deployment. Strong troubleshooting and architecture input are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Dynamics 365 Retail development.
• Hands-on experience with CRT, Retail Server Extensions, MPOS/CPOS/Store Commerce, CSU, and Hardware Station.
• Experience with Azure Functions and data synchronization processes.
• Knowledge of source control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Commerce Runtime (CRT), Retail Server, Hardware Station, and POS extensions.
• Configure and customize MPOS, CPOS, and Store Commerce applications.
• Develop integrations between D365 Commerce and third-party systems using APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, services, and business logic within the D365 Commerce ecosystem.
• Work with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization of Commerce applications.
• Support deployment activities, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Develop technical design documents, deployment guides, and solution documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.

Good to Have
