Job summary

POSiLabs in India is seeking a POS Consultant (IT) to join our team. The role focuses on learning and supporting Oracle POS configuration, implementation, deployment, and ongoing customer support.

You will assist in configuring menus, items, prices, taxes, discounts, and tenders, and coordinate with onsite and offsite teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn Oracle POS and related tech.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, databases, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring menu items, taxes, discounts, and promotions under guidance.
• Support configuration of Revenue Centres, Order Types, Workstations, and Employees.
• Learn EMC configuration, menu deployment, CAL packages, and reporting parameters.
• Perform updates to menu, pricing, and promotions as directed.
• Coordinate with onsite/offsite teams and customer stakeholders.

About the Job

We are looking for a POS Consultant (IT) to join our team. The role involves learning and supporting Oracle POS configuration, implementation, deployment, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring menu items, combo meals, modifiers, pricing, taxes, discounts, tenders, and promotions.
• Assist in configuring Revenue Centres, Order Types, Workstations, and Employees.
• Learn and support EMC configuration, menu deployment, CAL packages, and reporting parameters.
• Perform menu updates, price changes, and promotional updates under guidance.
• Assist with configuring printing, routing, payments, tax structures, and outlet-specific settings.
• Support deployment, installation, rollout, testing, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with onsite/offsite teams and customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn Oracle POS and related technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, databases, or SQL will be an advange.
