• Prior experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), or Forensic Due Diligence.
• Candidates from Big 4 or reputed Mid-sized CA Firms will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, and valuation concepts.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder management skills.
