Job summary

Aptia UK Limited is seeking an Analyst to support client implementation and delivery in benefits administration. You will resolve participant-level issues, execute client-specific processes, and maintain accurate records to ensure service standards meet client expectations.

Collaborating with Lead Analysts and Coordinators, you will monitor operations, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement while learning emerging technologies and maintaining a strong client focus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations role.
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Resolve Tier 2 participant issues and manage participant logs.
  • Execute client-specific processes (premium remittance, open enrollment, carrier/vendor processing).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in workflow tools.
  • Create and execute test plans for new client implementations, open enrollment changes and product upgrades.

Role Summary

compliance with service standards, monitors operational trends, and contributes to
continuous improvement efforts. Analysts collaborate closely with Lead Analysts and
Coordinators to maintain client health and satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Client Support
    • Resolve Tier 2 participant issues and manage participant logs.
    • Execute client-specific processes (premium remittance, open enrollment, carrier/vendor processing)
    • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in workflow tools.
    • Create and Execute test plans for new client implementations, open enrollment changes and product upgrades
  • Operational Excellence
    • Monitor SLA adherence and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support audits, renewals, and special projects as needed.
  • Collaboration
    • Work with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery and client health.
    • Escalate complex issues appropriately and assist in remediation plans.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations role.
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools.
