Job summary

Aptia Group in India (Gurgaon) is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support client implementations and delivery. You will resolve participant issues, manage enrollments, and ensure processes are completed accurately and on time.

The role collaborates with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to monitor service levels, drive improvements, and maintain health of client relationships. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in benefits operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations role.
• Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 2 participant issues and manage logs.
• Execute client-specific processes (premium remittance, open enrollment, carrier/vendor processing).
• Maintain documentation and reporting in workflow tools.
• Create and execute test plans for new client implementations.
• Monitor SLA adherence and identify areas for improvement.
• Support audits, renewals, and special projects.
• Collaborate with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to ensure client health.
