The role involves developing formulations for Automotive, Electronics, and Footwear, conducting research on new technologies, and ensuring the scalability and quality of produced compounds in collaboration with production and quality teams. ROHS/REACH compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in polymer research and development.
• Strong knowledge of polymer formulations and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001 standards is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
