Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a PolicyCenter Sr.

Developer based in India to lead development, configuration, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications in a fully remote environment. You will own complex configuration, integration, customization, and enhancement activities across the platform, ensuring reliable production performance through structured incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong experience with PolicyCenter configuration.
• Proven experience developing PolicyCenter integrations.
• Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter customizations and enhancements.
• Demonstrated production support experience for PolicyCenter applications.
• Strong incident analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue-resolution skills.
• Solid understanding of Guidewire development best practices.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter is highly desirable.
• Insurance domain experience is a plus, particularly in Personal and Commercial Property.
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver quality technical work within agreed timelines.
