Job summary

CloudZen Innovations in Pune seeks a Polarion Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on Polarion ALM experience to configure, customize, develop, and support Polarion solutions for enterprise PLM environments.

You will work with business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Polarion configurations, LiveDocs, templates, and workflows, while leveraging Velocity scripting and Java for customizations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Polarion development and customization experience.
• Strong hands-on Polarion ALM expertise and item/workflow knowledge.
• Experience with Velocity scripting and Java.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of SQL basics and version control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Siemens Polarion ALM solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure Polarion Work Items, workflows, custom fields, permissions, notifications, and document structures.
• Create and maintain LiveDocs, templates, Collections, and project configurations.
• Develop Polarion scripts, macros, and customizations using Velocity and Java.
• Develop and consume REST APIs for Polarion integrations.
• Support integration of Polarion with other enterprise applications and PLM systems.
• Perform data import, export, migration, and transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot Polarion application, workflow, configuration, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, release management, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution documentation.
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.

Job description

We are looking for a Polarion Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Siemens Polarion ALM. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, developing, and supporting Polarion solutions for enterprise engineering and product lifecycle management environments.

You will work closely with business analysts, PLM consultants, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable Polarion solutions.
