1% Club in Mumbai is seeking a Motion Designer to craft engaging highlight videos from Sharan’s YouTube content, using motion-heavy visuals to boost retention and storytelling.

You will create highlight edits, add graphics and transitions, and ensure the visuals stay true to the channel’s style while collaborating with editors and the content team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
• Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Interest in YouTube content and digital media.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
