Job summary

Tech Data is seeking a Senior Order Processing Coordinator in Mumbai to act as a primary contact for Sales Teams and operations. You will handle Sales/PO orders for mega deals, follow up with vendors, and support delivery with the Logistics team.

Mentoring peers and assisting managers are key parts of the role. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years' relevant experience, a business/IT/supply chain background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong data entry, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal English communication; ability to interact with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Validate supporting documents and process Sales Order requests for complex/mega deals.
• Analyse issues, propose solutions and rectify errors in system.
• Guide and mentor new/existing team members.
• Participate in process improvement projects and discussions.
• Support manager/team lead on issues and inquiries.
• Ensure validation of documents and processing of mega deals within SLA.

This position primarily covers Sales and/or PO Orders processing for various vendors with required supporting documents focusing on mega deals. This position requires follow-up with vendors on orders status and provide the information to Logistic team for delivery arrangement. This position requires mentoring of new/existing team members and extend support to manager/team lead in issues and inquiries.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with Business/IT/Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.
