Tech Data is seeking an capable Operations Associate to support day-to-day business activities in Mumbai. You will help maintain SOPs, prepare reports, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and IT to keep processes running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in operations or administrative support, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work flexibly across shifts. Join TD SYNNEX to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree preferable in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business operations or administrative support.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with business systems (e.g., SAP, CRM).
