The role involves market research, product planning, cross-functional coordination, technical support, and product lifecycle management to deliver innovative, market-driven solutions.

You will lead end-to-end NPD from concept to commercialization, collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory and BD teams, prepare costing and marketing inputs, and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Product Management/New Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of AYUSH/FSSAI regulations and nutraceutical products.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialization.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Business Development teams for successful product development.
• Prepare product costing, pricing, technical presentations, and marketing inputs.
• Provide technical support to customers and BD teams for domestic and international business.
• Develop product literature, catalogs, website content, and promotional materials.
• Ensure compliance with AYUSH, FSSAI, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product launches.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Mentor team members and drive process excellence.
