• Experience of 3+ years.
• Experience in dealing with all securities including Direct Equity, ETFs, Mutual Funds and Bonds.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, data reconciliation, and reporting tools.
• Should have experience in using Wealth Spectrum.
• Strong process orientation & execution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage trade execution and settlement processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle PMS reconciliations across equity, debt, and other asset classes.
• Set up client accounts and manage corpus and transaction accounting.
• Prepare client reports, portfolio statements, and MIS reports; assist audits.
• Perform regular reconciliations with custodians/depositories; ensure asset valuation.
• Identify process improvements and work with tech teams to implement changes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Transaction Management:
  • Manage trade execution and settlement processes, ensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
  • Monitor and reconcile PMS transactions, including equity, debt, and otherasset classes.
• Portfolio Administration:
  • Manage account setups.
  • Manage corpus and transaction accounting.
  • Track and update corporate actions like dividends, bonuses, and splits.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies.
  • Prepare and review client reports, portfolio statements, and other MISreports.
  • Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Reconciliation and Monitoring:
  • Perform regular reconciliations of client portfolios with custodian anddepository statements.
  • Ensure accurate valuation and reporting of client assets.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes.
  • Work closely with technology teams to implement enhancements.
