The PM JAY Executive will be responsible for handling Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY related patient registration, eligibility verification, documentation, claim coordination, and communication with hospital teams. This requires knowledge of government healthcare schemes, patient coordination, billing documentation, portal usage, and claim process follow‑up. The candidate will ensure accurate documentation, timely approvals, smooth patient support, and proper coordination for scheme‑based hospital services.

Responsibilities

• Manage PM-JAY patient registration, eligibility checking, and scheme-related documentation.
• Verify patient documents, proof, scheme card details, and required approvals.
• Coordinate with patients and relatives for scheme process guidance and document collection.
• Upload required documents, treatment details, and case information on the PM-JAY portal.
• Coordinate with doctors, billing, TPA, admission, and discharge teams for case processing.
• Track pre‑authorization, approval status, queries, claim submission, and payment follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records of PM-JAY cases, approvals, rejections, and pending claims.
• Ensure timely documentation for admission, treatment, discharge, and claim settlement.
• Respond to scheme-related queries from patients, hospital staff, and authorized agencies.
• Support billing team with package details, claim documents, and discharge-related paperwork.
• Follow government scheme guidelines, hospital policies, and compliance requirements.
• Identify missing documents or portal errors and coordinate for quick correction.
• Prepare daily reports of PM-JAY admissions, pending approvals, and claim status.
