Job summary

Nextenti Tech Private Limited in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh invites an experienced Recovery Executive to oversee timely recovery of hospital dues from insurance companies, TPAs, Ayushman Bharat/PM-JAY, and other government health schemes.

You will follow up on claims, coordinate with insurers and hospital departments, resolve documentation issues, track aging and settlements, and strive to meet monthly recovery targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in hospital insurance, TPA, billing, claims, or recovery.
• Experience with Ayushman/PM-JAY claims preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospital insurance and TPA processes.
• Good understanding of hospital billing and claim documentation.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and recover pending insurance, TPA, and government scheme claims.
• Handle Ayushman Card/PM-JAY claim and recovery processes.
• Track pending, rejected, queried, deducted, and settled claims.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, government scheme authorities, and hospital departments.
• Resolve claim queries, documentation issues, rejections, and short settlements.
• Maintain claim ageing, outstanding, and recovery reports.
• Ensure timely submission, follow-up, reconciliation, and settlement of claims.
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and recover pending insurance, TPA, and government scheme claims.
• Handle Ayushman Card/PM-JAY claim and recovery processes.

• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, government scheme authorities, and hospital departments.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of hospital billing and claim documentation.
• Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in hospital insurance, TPA, billing, claims, or recovery.
• Experience with Ayushman/PM-JAY claims will be strongly preferred.
