Job summary

Regnology is a global leader in regulatory reporting, hiring a Business Analyst for our Pune, India centre. You will analyze international banking regulations and translate them into functional specifications for the Reg-Reporting Hub product, collaborating with Product Owners and SMEs.

You will leverage SQL for data analysis, model data, create test scenarios, perform UAT and regression testing, and document solutions for end users and internal guides.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, or IT in banking domain.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and reporting standards is required.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with XML, XBRL, JSON and MS Excel/Access is a plus.
• Good understanding of banking products, financial instruments, and markets.

• Develop data gap analyses, data modelling and mapping, and business/validation rules.
• Implement functional solutions using SQL on decision tables or allocation rules.

For more information visit www.regnology.net What you’ll do:As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the agile development cycle for our Reg-Reporting Hub (RRH) product development centre In Pune, India. This techno-functional role involves analyzing international banking regulations and translating them into functional specifications and software solutions.
