Responsibilities

• Design and optimize HVAC systems including central plant, air distribution, and controls systems.
• Conduct load calculations and energy simulations to determine optimal sizing and configuration.
• Design and oversee domestic water supply, sanitary drainage, and storm water drainage installations.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards.
• Design and oversee STP, RO plants, and solid waste treatment systems.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and electrical disciplines for integration of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Conduct water quality assessments and identify treatment requirements.
• Select appropriate equipment and technologies to meet water quality targets.
• Coordinate with environmental authorities for approvals and permits.
• Design and oversee fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and fire hydrant systems.
• Conduct fire safety assessments and risk analyses.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety codes and standards.
• Coordinate with local fire authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Site visits to oversee installation and commissioning.
• Review design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist Manager in design reviews and technical discussions with project stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and understand requirements and expectations.

• Design and oversee the installation of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants, and solid waste treatment systems.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, structural, electrical) to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems and Plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct water quality assessments and identify treatment requirements.
• Select appropriate equipment and technologies to achieve desired water quality.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Coordinate with environmental authorities for approvals and permits.
