Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field with 2+ years hands-on PLC programming experience.
• Proficiency in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text.
• Knowledge of SCADA and HMI systems and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design PLC programs using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider platforms.
• Create and modify HMI applications for user interaction.
• Integrate PLCs with sensors, actuators, and SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

Expertise in programming platforms like Siemens STEP 7/TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley, RS Logix/Studio 5000, or equivalent. Proficient in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text programming. Knowledge of SCADA, HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus). Familiarity with electrical schematics, panel design, and instrumentation.
• Certifications in industrial automation or PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7 Certification, Rockwell Automation Certification).
• Experience with robotics, vision systems, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
